Ingredients:
6 Chicken breast seasoned and Baked till golden brown and done
1 Pound Orzo Cooked
1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes Sliced
2 Lemons Juiced and Zested
1 Can Artichoke Hearts quartered
½ Cup Oil
½ Cup Rice Vinegar
2 Cups Feta Cheese Chunks
Season with Kosher Salt and Lemon Pepper
In a large bowl combine the lemon juice, oil, and rice vinegar. Dice the chicken, and add it to the dressing, then add the Orzo, artichoke hearts, lemon zest, feta cheese and sliced dried tomatoes. Season with salt and lemon pepper. Enjoy!!!! |
