12 Yukon gold potatoes or small red potatoes
4 cloves garlic crushed
3 T Pitt seasoning, (equal parts salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder)
2 T Italian herb blend
4 T Olive Oil
Cut the potatoes in half, toss them in the oil with the herbs, seasoning, and garlic. Bake them in a 10 inch Dutch oven till tender and golden brown. Should take about 45 minutes – 1 hour.
