Ingredients:
1 pound Ditalini pasta boiled
1 pound Bacon cooked to golden brown
1 pound frozen Sweet Green Peas thawed
4 Roma Tomatoes cut into ½ inch chunks
4 medium sized chicken breasts seasoned and grilled.
2 Cups shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
1/4 Cup bacon fat
1 Cup mayo
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl combine the bacon fat, mayo, sour cream and ranch dressing packet. Next start adding the pasta, peas, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and chicken. Fold it into the dressing till it is all coated. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!!!!! |
