Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts seasoned, cooked and sliced into strips
1 # Spaghetti cooked and cooled
1 Red Bell Pepper sliced into strips
1 Yellow Bell Pepper sliced into strips
1 # Peas thawed
½ # Shredded Carrots
½ Bunch Cilantro washed and chopped
Combine the above till well mixed
Dressing:
2 T sesame Oil
¼ Cup Plum Sauce
1 Cup Soy Sauce
½ Cup Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 T Toasted Sesame seeds
1 T Grated Ginger
Stir till sugar is dissolved. Pour over the pasta and mix. Check seasoning and adjust as needed. ENJOY!!! |
