This is great on Lamb, Beef, pork, or even chicken or vegetables. Marinade in it or use it as a drizzle as you grill your steaks or kabobs.
Combine:
¼ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 T Dried thyme leaves
2 T Brown Sugar
3 T Lemon Zest
Salt and pepper
Let any of the above choices soak for 20-30 minutes then Saute or grill and Enjoy!!!!!!
Note: On thicker roasts like Leg of Lamb additional time may be needed to get that great flavor. |
