Maple Crusted Chicken

4 Medium Sized Chicken Breasts
6 T Pitt Seasoning
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Roasted Chicken Seasoning
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Eggs
6 cups Bread Crumbs
¾ Cup Roasted Chicken Seasoning
1/4 Cup Oil

In a large bowl, place the chicken breasts, a 1/2 cup of maple syrup and Pitt seasoning. Mix them around, and set aside. In another bowl mix the flour and 1/4 cup Roasted Chicken Seasoning. Set it aside. In another bowl mix the Maple Syrup, Heavy Cream and Eggs. Blend well and set aside.
In another bowl mix the bread crumbs and seasoning. Set aside.

Place the Dutch oven over some coals and get it warming.

This next part is a process, take the chicken and place it in the flour and then and then in the cream egg mix and then in the crumbs. Make sure at each step the breast is well coated. Place the chicken in a lightly oiled Dutch oven and bake over coals till golden brown about 45 minutes.
