Chicken and Stuffing
Ingredients:
2 Boxes Stove Top Stuffing or like brand
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 quart half and half
18-20 Thick thighs boneless and skinless or just skinless or 9 chicken breasts cut in half
4 T Butter
Seasoning Salt of your choice
On a clean work surface season the chicken. In a 12 – 14 in Dutch oven, melt the butter and brown the chicken, after the chicken is browned go ahead and add the stuffing mix, soup, and half and half. Cover with coals or bake in your grill for 30-45 minutes or till you can smell the goodness. |
