6 Thick Cut Pork Chops
Seasoning of your Choice
¾ Cup Pistachios Chopped
1 Block of Cream Cheese at room temprature
½ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbled
2 T Butter Melted
¼ tsp Paprika
Take your pork chops and cut a small pocket into the center of them, then season with your favorite seasoning inside and out. In a bowl mix the pistachio nuts, cream cheese, and the blue cheese. You will then place the stuffing in the pocket of the pork chop and bake in a 12 inch Dutch oven at 375 degrees when they are done baste with butter and sprinkle with Paprika. |
