1 medium size can of peaches in syrup (29oz)
1 white cake mix
1 stick of butter sliced into pats
¾ cup Brown Sugar
2 T cinnamon
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, sugar, and cinnamon with half the butter pats. Blend this till it is crumbly. Place one half of this in a Dutch oven and spread out evenly. Place one can of peaches over it and place the remaining butter pats around the peaches. Top with remaining crumble and cook over coals for about 35-45 minutes or till top is golden brown and bubbly. |
