Lemon Berry Cream Cobbler

Ingredients:
1 Lemon Cake Mix
1 Can Raspberries in syrup (on the canned fruit isle top shelf)
1 ½ Cups Fresh Raspberries
1 8oz Block of Cream Cheese Softened
1 T. Vanilla
1 Cup Powder Sugar
1 Stick of butter divided by half and cut into thin slices

In a bowl mix half the butter with all your cake mix. place half the mix in the bottom of a 10in dutch oven. In another bowl mix the mix the Cream Cheese, vanilla, and powder sugar till smooth, and set aside. You will now take the canned raspberries with the syrup and the fresh berries and put this over the bottom layer of cake mix and butter. Next you will place the cream cheese mixture in with the berries in little dollops. Next place the rest of the cake mix over the berries and cream cheese, then top that with the remainder butter slices. Cook in your Dutch oven till it is bubbly and has a nice golden brown crust on top.

This would go great with a little whip cream. ENJOY!!!!
